Thousands of children will march in Washington DC, Mexico City and Los Angeles to demand from Pres. Obama that they not be separated from their undocumented parents. Los The fathers and mothers are deported without any provisions of care for the children abandoned in their homes left to neighbors, friends, relatives and if lucky to a pnon deported parent. In 2010 MSU Libraries purchased a second Sanborn module which contains detailed historic maps of 12 major metropolitan areas in the United States (see list below). This module has better navigation and features than our Michigan module. Sanborn Geo Edition can locate maps by searching a street address, by specifying a latitude/longitude coordinate, or by clicking on a Google Maps interface. Dates of maps vary, but generally for each location you will see 6 to 8 editions between 1880-1960. An MSU NetID is required for access. Visitors may use one of our "Selected Resources" computers...
