ABI/INFORM, Entrepreneurship, and ProQuest Historical Annual Reports Will Be Unavailable This Weekend
ProQuest will be performing maintenance from Saturday, December 3 at 10pm to Sunday, December 4 at 10am. Some of the business databases affected will be ABI/INFORM, Entrepreneurship, and ProQuest Historical Annual Reports.
WRDS Downtime 7am-10am 11/22/2011
The WRDS Unix server will be undergoing maintenance from 7:00am - 10:00am EST on Tuesday, November 22. The WRDS website will not be affected by the maintenance. You will not be able to access WRDS through UNIX or PC SAS Connect while the maintenance is in progress.

Notification of Downtime and Planned Upgrade for GuideStar Library Services
Due to a planned upgrade occurring this upcoming weekend, GuideStar will be unavailable on Saturday, May 14, with continued possible downtime on May 15, 2011.
LexisNexis databases get new names...
LexisNexis Statistical Datasets and LexisNexis Statistical Insight were purchased by ProQuest and are now called ProQuest Statistical Datasets and ProQuest Statistical Insight. LexisNexis Academic is staying with LexisNexis.

Zephyr contains information on over 800,000 M&A, IPO, private equity and venture capital deals and rumors. It has over 10 years of history for deals around the world, and an even longer history for deals with a European counterpart.
