News from the Gast Business Library - September 2009

As we look forward to another busy and exciting fall semester, here are important updates to keep in mind from the Business Library:

We Have New Doors!

Thanks to collaborative efforts from the College of Business, Libraries, and Physical Plant, the Business Library now has doors with secure keycard access. This will help prevent theft of materials and safety issues.

Fall Hours

Regular hours begin Friday, September 11. See http://www2.lib.msu.edu/branches/bus/hours.jsp for more details.

Collaborative Technology Lab Now Open!

The Business Library now has a collaborative technology lab open for use. This room is equipped with an interactive SmartBoard, videoconferencing capabilities, DVD player, two plasma screens, and a projector. A laptop is available for check-out when using the room. Priority use of this room will be given to faculty, students, and staff in the Broad College of Business and School of Labor & Industrial Relations. Priority will also be given to those groups requiring use of the room’s technology (plasma screens, SmartBoard, videoconferencing, etc.). To reserve this room, please contact Kara Rawlins at gustk@msu.edu or 432.4182.
